tasty tuesday v. 2

Another yummy Gramma Kiner recipe to share with y'all today.

One of my favorite recipes is my gramma Kiner's banana bread. I've been baking this for ages and ages. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even a snack in between. My gramma used to make it..then my mom.. now me.

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 eggs
1 Cup bananas
1 3/4 Cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Salt

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Add your mashed bananas to sugar mixture.
Combine Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Fold wet ingredients into dry.

Greece and flour your bread tin.

Bake at 325 degrees for an hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Enjoy!!

Oh my gosh, yum. I need to make banana bread ASAP. Also, have you tried zucchini bread with pineapple in it? I make that and Ian LOVES it.
