Growing up in a household of antique collectors, we always seemed to have awesome cookie jars. My mom would find a "new" cookie jar and was always switching them out. The most recent one she has is actually one I bought her that is the "Little Dutch Girl". Every time I go antiquing I can't help but to stop and check out any cookie jar I find. There is just something about them, maybe it's the colors and the worn paint, or just thinking about all the little kids (and adults) that reached in pulled out delicious cookies over years. Whatever it is.. I just love vintage cookie jars...
